However, if you would like to change the size or delivery address, you must contact our customer service immediately, who will review your request and inform you of the outcome.
If you discover that you have purchased the wrong product or completed your order by mistake, please contact us immediately by email at info@lunea.hr. Our customer service will check whether your request can be fulfilled. We recommend that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and include the word "Cancellation" (followed by your order number) in the email subject line. Please note that our customer service is not active on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Therefore, any cancellation requests submitted on these days can only be processed from the following business day.
Check your Spam or Junk folder — sometimes emails sneak in there. If it’s still missing, contact us at [your email] and we’ll take care of it.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Croatia usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the courier. We’ll get your order to you as fast as possible!
Shipping is free for orders over 60 EUR. For smaller orders, the delivery cost will be shown at checkout.
Absolutely! You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Just email us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Returns are not possible for underwear purchases due to health and hygiene reasons.
Some items from certain brands may not be eligible for return due to supplier restrictions.
